The Cranberry Hemp gelato was developed upon the request of my young customers for a gelato with a superfood: an interesting challenge! The result is a milk-based gelato with two superfoods: the first, roasted hemp seeds, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants; and the second superfood, cranberries: the power berries, also with omega 3, vitamin C and antioxidants. It is a delicate flavor combination, but the flavor is excitingly nutty but also interestingly fruity!

Tardivo di Ciaculli-tangerine sorbetto with caramelized pistachios: a hymn to Sicily: the land of eternal spring, rich in history and timeless aromas. Each individual tangerine is hand-pressed so that the juice remains pure and intense. Only water and sugar are added to the juice to make the gelato, which is topped with a handful of homemade toasted pistachios.
